Medicare health insurance

I have always been a helping professional focusing on working with individuals throughout my careers.  My undergraduate degree is from Syracuse University and I hold a Master Degree in Counselor Education from New York University.

I retired from my work as a Financial Advisor in 2017.  My career spanned 25 years.   

Since 2009 I've been active in the Medicare health insurance world as an agent for United Healthcare.  Currently I am licensed in many states, however my clientele is predominantly in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida.

In addition to helping individuals navigate signing up for Medicare and choosing their health insurance, I created an IMO (Internal Marketing Organization) within United Healthcare in 2014. I train and mentor mature individuals who want to have their own business selling United Healthcare Medicare insurance products.  In addition I lecture about Medicare health insurance for United Healthcare and non profits.  I've helped more than 1000 individuals make their Medicare choices. 

 In October 2013 she was one of eleven individuals honored at the AARP National Convention in Atlanta, GA by United Healthcare.  I was recognized for my commitment and dedication to community service.   I am a member of The Transition Network, a national non-profit organization for Women 50+.  My volunteer work was for the New York City chapter.

In addition, in 2016 I was interviewed for the Agent Stories project at United Healthcare.  The project chose agents who had interesting stores about the career choices.  My interview was focused on individuals making  career changes later in life and assisting others to do the same thing.
